Ex-professional cricketer Peter Wellings set up Coaching Cricket Excellence nearly a decade ago, a self-run company which facilitates cricket courses for children from ages 4 to 16. The courses started with 30 boys and just three coaches, but now every week of the summer holidays over 150 young boys and girls turn up and enjoy a long day in the sun playing cricket.
