It happens. I remember when a copy of the first edition of The Scotsman was delivered by taxi to the Edinburgh restaurant in which I was entertaining a senior politician. Proud to show the MP what would be on the streets in the morning I opened the 'paper to find a P5 lead carrying a standfirst that read "three decks of 72 point here please, think of something witty, blah, blah blah."
