Success for Kent students in NCTJ Videojournalism for Online and Broadcast modules

Kent students achieved some top marks in the NCTJ Broadcast and Videojournalism for online options.

Congratulations to Tom Rowse and Huw Jenkins who got overall A grades in Videojournalism. And Laura Garcia who achieved an overall B grade in Broadcast, with an A grade in her TV news exam.

Ferouz Berhe and Oprah Flash passed the Videojournalism module.

Tiia Mustonen passed the Broadcast module, with an A grade in her coursework.

Overall, most students at Kent who took these two modules managed to pass.

Thanks in particular to all those who took the Broadcast module. The NCTJ took on board your feedback and students who sit the TV exam next year will probably find it a little less of a challenge as there will be no requirement to cut a package in the exam. Instead, students will have to cut a series of OOVs from material supplied.
