This is at your discretion. You can submit as frequently as you wish. For many people, this is once a week.
Editorial guidance.
Our readership comprises individuals from 18 to retirement age, businesses and non profits. We have a journalist revising our editorial policy with some input from friends at the BBC. Overall, on contentious issues, we are interested in constructive coverage, not scaremongering. However, opinion pieces are welcome provided that they state this is personal opinion- and perhaps highlight alternative views, too.
