We would be interested in acquiring the services of one or more of your students for few hours per week over the summer months and also from October onwards.
This would suit somebody who is interested in getting some credits to
their name together with actual working experience. They must have an interest
in food and dining out.
The first job would be to write on the worlds different cuisines, for
a restaurant guide.
There would be two to three visits per week to restaurants(normally evening) to interview the Chef/Owner and write a review.
This is a start-up company and at this stage we would only be able to pay expenses.
