Since the 18th of September new parking restrictions have been introduced in 29 streets in Gillingham around the University of Kent Area. Cesare Saguato, a resident of Trinity Road, Gillingham, tells the Centre for Journalism how the new restrictions have helped locals regain their parking spaces.
