For the second year running, YouTube is offering aspiring journalists the chance to win big money - and more importantly, the chance to work on a journalism project with the Pulitzer Center. For the first round of the Project Report competition, entrants are required to submit a video package based on a day in the life of a person they feel should be brought to the world's attention.
