Our MA in International Multimedia Journalism will accept its first students in September 2013. It is primarily intended for international students who are prepared to take on our famously intensive vocational multimedia journalism training, coupled with the rigorous academic teaching you would expect from the University of Kent.

Entry to this highly sought-after course is intensely competitive. We're looking for students who have graduated with a good degree - or who have the equivalent professional background, perhaps in a media environment - and have the drive and passion to join this fabulously rewarding profession.

We'll put all the tools you'll need at your disposal - HD video cameras, audio recorders, radio and tv studios and full newsroom facilities - and teach you how to use them. You'll learn all the core reporting skills (including shorthand), as well as journalism production skills that will enable you to produce quality output in any medium. You'll be shooting, editing and publishing work from the very first week.

More details are here on the university's main pages.

Please note that this programme is not accredited by the NCTJ.
